I loved this intimate backyard micro wedding that took place at Oxford House in Los Feliz, Los Angeles. The 1923 colonial home can be rented for events by the family who lives there. The home’s decor is what my dreams are made of. It’s the perfect mix of modern, and traditional with lots of eclectic, colorful splashes. The home’s character is amplified with the cozy treehouse in the backyard. A dream for any kid or child at heart.

Mr. and Mrs. Lemons met while working in the sky. The groom is a pilot and the bride a flight attendant. Their intimate 20 person guest list consisted of immediate family and close friends. Having a micro wedding lends a calmness to the day. There’s no rushing through the timeline. No table to table greetings taking up most of the reception. Just a relaxed party with the people who mean the most to you. Where you can be completely comfortable and yourself. There’s something just so extra romantic and personal about a small wedding day!
